APPLICATION:
This material is mainly used in large die casting tools, tools needing high strength at elevated temperatures, forged dies, products under a high load, mandrels and extrusion dies, aluminum, magnesium and zinc alloy die casting molds as well as plastics, subassemblies and die forging parts such as bushings, bolts, clamps and nuts.
SPECIFICATION:
Tool steel for hot work with high strength properties and tempering temperature, resistance to elevated temperatures, fatigue and deformation.It also has resistance to shock and impact when working at high temperatures and good workability.
